Up for consideration are 6 PHILADELPHIA Deed Indentures[Handwritten in Ink],and 1 Mortgage all on Vellum with Seals;dating 1850's to 1870's..The average size is about 22" in width by 16-1/2" in depth; folded;but suitable for Framing! One deed has the name "SHOCK" which manufactured Stoves and Ranges 1868 ,Franklin Street & 17th Street. There is 1 Mortage Document "MARSHALL";dated 1850's. Then there are 5 Deeds for the "Reid & Bowen" family on Market Street & 17th Street.,Ca. 1850's to 1870's.. A very nice grouping of Early Vellum Documents from Philadelphia,Pa.
